* There is a $15/20 deposit, per service, to book an appointment. Deposit fees are deducted from the total of your service(s). Balance of service can be paid via cash or Zelle. PLEASE NO CHECKS. (Please give at least 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancel with 24 hours' notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with 24-hours' notice and your deposit carries over to your new appointment. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit your deposit. Deposits paid by Zelle are refunded by Zelle.)

* If "add-on" services (such as nail art or reshape) are desired, please leave a message under "add your message" when checking out. Please do request full services here. Some services may not be performed if not disclosed ahead of time.

* Please join the site to access your account to easily rebook, cancel or reschedule. 

* If you are more than 10 minutes late with no phone call, your appointment WILL be canceled.

* If you are more than 10 minutes late with no phone call AND you are scheduled for 2 services, BOTH will be canceled.

* 2X no-show, 2X same-day cancelation, no more appointments.

* Do not call at THE time of your appointment to say you’re running late. (If it’s more than 10 minutes…canceled)
