* There is a $15/20 non-refundable deposit, per service, to book an appointment. Deposit fees are deducted from the total of your service(s). Balance of service can be paid via cash or Zelle. PLEASE NO CHECKS.

* If "add-on" services (such as nail art or reshape) are desired, please leave a message under "add your message" when checking out. Please do request full services here. Some services may not be performed if not disclosed ahead of time.

* Please join the site to access your account to easily rebook, cancel or reschedule. If you must cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give at least 24-hour notice. 

* If you are more than 10 minutes late with no phone call, your appointment WILL be canceled.

* If you are more than 10 minutes late with no phone call AND you are scheduled for 2 services, BOTH will be canceled.

* 2X no-show, 2X same-day cancelation, no more appointments.

* Do not call at THE time of your appointment to say you’re running late. (If it’s more than 10 minutes…canceled)
